Chips BOT provides a platform for creating and deploying AI-powered chatbots. Our service includes:

• Chatbot creation and configuration tools
• Integration with various AI models
• Website embedding capabilities
• Usage analytics and reporting

3. Credits and API Keys

The service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed when your chatbots process messages. Optionally, you may provide your own API keys for direct provider access. API keys are stored securely in encrypted form.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to create content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chips BOT is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to AI-generated content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Pricing & Plans

Chips BOT offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan (€0/month): 1 chatbot, 100 messages/month, economy AI models (Groq, Google Gemini, Mistral), conversation summaries stored
• Pro Plan (€19/month): Unlimited chatbots, 1500 credits/month, all AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and more), full-page chat, conversation history, custom backgrounds, no branding badge

All plans include basic analytics and API key management. Prices may change for new subscribers, but existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affecting their subscription.
